Equal Opportunities Statment
INCTR Challenge Fund is committed to equal opportunities and therefore considers equal opportunity practice to be integral to all aspects of working life. INCTR Challenge Fund aims to ensure that neither applicant nor employee is discriminated against, either directly or indirectly, on the grounds of gender, marital status, racial or ethnic origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or trade union activity where these or any other factors are irrelevant to the post in question. Working procedures which ensure that individuals are treated on the basis of the knowledge, skills and aptitudes relevant to their jobs will be kept under review. We will endeavour to provide those who have physical or mental disabilities with specific assistance and arrangements to enable them to work for us wherever and whenever this is reasonably practical. Within the company part-time employees and volunteers will receive the same entitlements as full-time employees, on a pro rata basis.
INCTR Challenge Fund is committed to action to make this policy fully effective. The success of the policy is dependent upon the support and co-operation of all staff and volunteers.

Data Potection Policy
The Data Protection Act 1998 came into force on 1 March 2000 and superseded the Data Protection Act 1984. The purpose of the Act is to protect the rights and privacy of individuals, and to ensure that data about them are not processed without their knowledge and are processed with their consent wherever possible. The Act covers personal data relating to living individuals, and defines a category of sensitive personal data which are subject to more stringent conditions on their processing than other personal data.
INCTR Challenge Fund is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals with respect to the processing of their personal data.
